30 Seconds Cleaner is a product that works great at cleaning all of your dirty surfaces in your backyard, from brick walls to vinyl siding. It can even remove stains. Mix the product with an equal amount of water, wear protective clothing and footwear, spray the mixture on a dry surface and let it sit for at least thirty seconds, depending on the amount of scum on the surface. You don't even need to pressure wash the product off, just hose it off. If the algae is heavily built up, brush the surface to loosen it and re-apply the product before washing. Once it gets into the soil, it harmlessly disperses, keeping your lawns and plants safe. Killing algae, mildew and mold, 30 Seconds Cleaner works on many surfaces: canvas awnings, brick walls, asphalt driveways, plastic furniture, concrete sidewalks, wood decks, vinyl siding, and more. Store in a dry place after cleaning the applicator with water. Make sure to test 30 Seconds Cleaner on a small area to make sure the surface is okay to be cleaned by the product. Do not use 30 Seconds Cleaner near water reservoirs, streams or ponds.
30 Seconds Cleaner comes in both concentrate and ready-to-use formulas.
Choose from 1 gallon or 2.5 gallon concentrate or ready-to-use quart trigger bottle.

Frequently Asked Questions about 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner
Q: What is the dilution ratio? How much water do I add?
A: Concentrate needs to be mixed 1:1 with water. For example 1 gallon of 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner is mixed with 1 gallon of water.
Q: How do I apply 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner?
A: For larger jobs, such as cleaning decks, siding and driveways, we recommend a pump or tank sprayer. These give the best coverage and saturation. You can also use the quart sized product for smaller jobs. It comes with the traditional trigger sprayer which is mixed and Ready-To-Use.
Q: What is so special about 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner?
A: Our product gives you instant results. It's very easy to use, so it makes the tough jobs easier. And it doesn't damage the surfaces like pressure washing can. That's why we say "It's clean, when YOU want it clean."
Q: Is 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner safe to use around plants or landscaping?
A: Yes. Just rinse the foliage or grass with water. Within 10 minutes 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner biodegrades when you rinse it into the soil.
Q: Is 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner safe around pets?
A: We always recommend putting the pet away while you are doing the cleaning. Once the surface is rinsed and dry, it is safe for the pet. If the pet accidentally gets sprayed or walks through the cleaner, rinse thoroughly.

Q: Will 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner remove the stain from my deck?
A: Stain is not colorfast so it will remove the stain particularly where there is residual stain that hasn't penetrated completely upon the initial application of the stain. 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner is great for prepping the surface prior to painting, staining and varnishing.
Q: Can I use 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner in my pressure washer?
A: Preferably Not. The cleaner needs to stay on the surface to clean and soften the grungy grime and dirt build-up. 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner works best when it is applied first and then rinsed off with a hose.
Q: Can I use 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner around our drinking water reservoir or pools?
A: 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner is a formulated cleaner and should not be allowed to enter drinking water reservoirs, lakes or streams. Swimming pool surrounds are fine to use 30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner, however, precaution must be taken to minimize over spray to actually enter the pools or ponds.
