DESCRIPTION: 565 Plus XLO is a non-residual contact insecticide with a slight odor. It is labeled for just about every pest you could have a problem with, including: Angoumois Grain Moths, Ants, Bed Bugs, Booklice, Carpet Beetles, Centipedes, Chocolate Moths, Cigarette Beetles, Clover Mites, Cluster Flies, Cockroaches, Confused Flour Beetles, Crickets, Drug Store Beetles, Fleas, Flies, Fruit Flies, Gnats, Grain Mites, Granary Weevils, Horn Flies, House Flies, Indian Meal Moths, Mediterranean Flour Moths, Millipedes, Mosquitoes, Mud Daubers, Red Flour Beetles, Rice Weevils, Saw-toothed Grain Beetles, Silverfish, Small Flying Moths, Sowbugs, Spiders, Stable Flies and Wasps. Works and Keeps working, worth your money
By David on April 11, 2010Worth every penny. I bought this after having a massive infestation from my next door neighbor in the building where I used to live. I tried all the stuff in local supermarkets like Raid and other brands that were like spraying bad air fresheners on the roaches. I called an exterminator, this is what he used, and IT WORKS WONDERS. About a year later I moved to a different building and had a roach problem again, and this time I ordered this 565 Plus, and now three years later I moved into a home, first thing before unpacking I sprayed some in the closets, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. My bottle is finished and I am ordering another one. By the way it works on ants and flying big roaches as well, in my opinion this is the best pest spray I have ever used. Buy it and tell all of your friends about it!

Plagued by red wasps is an everyday happening in East Texas. After watching a "Billy the Exterminator" show, I discovered this pyretheum based wasp killer. It works great, kills wasps dead immediately and they don't come back. Helped kill wasps in rafters and after sealing holes, no new bugs to bite me! This is my second year to order this stuff just to have on hand as needed for the grandkids visits. A great product that lasts a long time and isn't lethal to anything but the bugs!

I've had red wasps in rooms that I've sprayed close to them and shut the door to later return and find them ready to sweep up. This is a great non- residual product used inside due to our small Yorkie. I feel fortunate that DMOP controll is available for all my pest control.

USE CB-80 EXTRA INSTEAD AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR
By Mark on September 4, 2012I liked CB-80 Extra but decided to give the 565 a try because it seemed to be a better deal for essentially the same product. Wrong ! I only used one quick burst in my foyer--it stunk to high heaven and even worse left a sticky residue on my nice hardwood floors. I'm going back to the CB-80. The smell is not that bad or persistent and it leaves no residue. Note that this class of insecticide is not persistent i.e. it doesn't keep working long. I'd try the indoor Talstar because the outdoor works good but I can't waste any more money on bad choices.

I'm here to tell you that this bug spray kills everything!! Fleas, roaches, and ants don't have a chance with this stuff. If your tired of buying junk spray that does not work, at Walmart or Lowes. BUY THIS SPRAY you will not be disappointed. This last order was our third case in the last seven years, it really does work.

Yellow Jacket Protection
By Jerome on July 28, 2012The yellow jackets are especially bad this year in the South and I carry a can of 565P while mowing. It will knock down a small swarm quickly to prevent stings. Even if it doesn't kill all of them them it keeps them away until the area is mowed. It's a lifesaver. I'll be purchasing more of this product!

A565 Plus XLO will not cause any pest problems. You did not indicate what type of pest the pest control operator is spraying for, but we will tell you that 565 Plus XLO is a pyrethrin based insecticide. It does not leave any active residual,so any pest that is to be eliminated with this spray must be directly contacted to be killed.

A565 Plus is safe for use in a home with animals as long as you follow the product label. Be sure the pets are out of the area while you are applying the product and they can return to the area as soon as it has dried.

A565 Plus XLO would be a great product to use to flush roaches out of hiding. It contains pyrethrins which are highly irritating to roaches and will usually flush them right out of hiding.

AWe have never had any complaints about 565 Aerosol ruining any fabrics. That being said, we always recommend with any kind of pesticide or cleaning product that you want to use on a sofa, chair, etc, that you first apply it in the back or in a inconspicuous area first to make sure it is safe before you apply it in more noticeable areas.

A565 Plus XLO aerosol is meant to be applied along baseboards and in crack and crevices, places that the pregnant mother would not contact. This product does have a slight odor, but other than that it is very safe to use in the home with children and pets or mothers-to-be. Once 565 Plus XLO is dry, it will quickly degrade and will not linger in the environment.

AYes, 565 PLUS XLO contains the active ingredient pyrethrin, a natural botanical insecticide made from chrysanthemum flowers. All infants and children should be out of the area during the application and they can return as soon as the treated area is dry. We also recommend venting the treated area for about 30 minutes prior to sensitive individuals returning.

A565 Plus XLO will kill cloth moths when you spray them directly with the product. 565 Plus XLO is not labeled to spray animal mounts so we cannot say for sure that it will not cause any damage. We can tell you that many mount owners do use 565 Plus XLO or Cy-Kick aerosol to get rid of cloth moths and carrion beetles. You should choose 565 Plus XLO for a fast knockdown and Cy-Kick Aerosol if you need a long lasting residual. Be sure to hold the can at least 12 inches away from the mount and spray in a sweeping motion. You should also test the product you choose in a small inconspicuous area before spraying the entire mount.

A565 Plus contains pyrethrins but does not contain any pyrethroids. 565 Plus can be used as a space spray and a crack and crevice spray.
