The Acephate Pro 75 SP Insecticide is an effective solution for control of fire ants. It controls over 125 different insect pests. It works best in crop and non-crop areas, greenhouses, nurseries, turf, and ornamental use. The active ingredient is acephate, a water soluble insecticide readily absorbed by plant roots and foliage to give systematic control of feeding insects. Insect pests are generally controlled more effectively by this solution through ingestion than by contact. Application of Acephate Pro 75 SP to maintain control should be repeated only as directed. Do not apply under conditions involving possible drift to food, forage or other plantings that might be damaged or the crops thereof rendered unfit for sale, use or consumption.

excellent, starting working immediately as soon as it was put down. Did not see any ants after two days. Will be ordering again, to make sure they do not return come spring time.

QIs Acephate Pro 75 SP Insecticide mixable with water?
I have a portable pump sprayer that holds one gallon of liquid. I intended to mix the powder with water to spray on or around some out door items as a prevention measuer. How much water to powder ration should I use?
AAcephate Pro 75 SP Insecticide is not labeled to be mixed with water. It should only be used to treat fire ant mounds in the yard by sprinkling the product itself on the mounds. We would be happy to recommend a product if you would let us know what you are trying to prevent?
