This stuff is GREAT!!!! Use it in high grass, small puddles, and large pond. does not affect nature. FAST acting! AWESOME product!! mosquitos hatch w/in 3 days of raining, need to apply accordingly. lasts about 30 days!!! If you wait until mosquitos are hatching: you have decreased amt of mosquitos w/in 24 hours, almost none after 48 hours. Never found a better product. Using it for about 20 years.

We start using this product at the beginning of the season, before the rain starts, to treat low spots that normally hold water and we continue treatment throughout the season and it keeps the mosquito population down. This product works great.

We start using this product around the end of February beginning of March around the areas that hold water, even if they're dry, and keep treatment going through the season. So far as we've been using it, it's worked great.

Your staff person was very valuable and gave me all the information I needed to see if this product would work in with my specific application. have a relatively small water feature that i had been using mosquito dunks for larvicide. They worked ok but left material floating around on the surface of the water. This is fantastic.

I ordered the 10oz jar because of $ and not sure if I would need the big one. I live on a half acre plot and this amount worked great for 3+ applications. I live in the sub-tropical climate that is Louisiana. This stuff is the real deal.

The Altosid mosquito larvacide granules were easy to distribute in the fairly large rain 'ponds' that developed after multiple long periods of rain. The granules worked effectively to quell the mosquito larva activity. The water in the pond was showing great larva activity when I distributed the granules around the periphery of the large pond area, and the next day there was none. I'm very glad I had a conversation with the professional staff at DoMyOwn on which products they had to deal with the mosquito population.

I use this for all my customers around their ponds, bird baths, and any place that holds water. I chose Altosid Pro-G because it is labeled safe for aquatic life.

Purchased this for my bird baths. No directions on the container for small uses like bird baths. Finally found on the web that it takes about 80 granules for a gallon of water. That is approximately 1/4 teaspoon of granules. I have had it in the bird baths for several weeks and there is no sign of mosquito larvae in them Yeaaaa!!

DOMYOWN has been my go to for everything mosquito related in the mosquito haven of northern Minnesota. We avoid standing water at all costs but for those troublesome areas Altosid is the key. Easy to use container and highly effective - it is an integral part to our insect control. Best of all, customer service is phenomenal. Our last shipment came and during shipping the bottle had broken and spread pellets all over the inside of the bag. Needless to say, was a mess but able to still utilize the product. Quick comment to customer service and they are sending a new bottle out free of charge even though it wasn't their fault at all. Fantastic company and would highly recommend them for all your needs!
