Apply on Stones under deck (for Fleas)?

Fleas are coming in through window screens under our deck. The under-deck area is covered in landscaping stones. Will Sevin Granules work on stones after watering?

Sevin Granules can be used under rocks for fleas. They need to be watered in after applied.
