5 of 5 Stars  Avery good product
By John on March 18, 2012

Unlike Bayers lawn weed killer, which makes the weed grow faster-this product does what it is supposed to do-make plants grow and protected from insects. I have used it for about four years and highly recommend it.

  • 5 of 5 Stars  Everything's Rosy!
By Kathy on July 23, 2014

My husband and I tried Bayer Advanced All-In-One Rose and Flower care concentrate after our new double knockout rose bushes stopped blooming two weeks after we got them. I chose the liquid, thinking it would be easier than granules since I wanted to be sure the measured amount was poured precisely around the base of each plant. It worked fine, but it's poison to most things and not something you want to get on your hands or clothes. The good news is it worked great and our rose took off blooming in less than a week. I will use this product again, but since I'm handicapped and find it difficult to bend, I will likely get the granules. However, if you're a person who prefers precise measuring for each bush, this is the product for you!

June 5, 2012Patricia from Dunkirk, Maryland asked:

QCan Bayer Advanced All-in-one Rose & Flower Care be used in a hose end sprayer for flowerbeds?
What if you want to mix it in a dial of fluid ounce sprayer? Can you do that? If so, what is the measurement of concentrate that I should put in the sprayer before attaching it to a hose and turning the hose on? I don't want to harm my flowers and I want the concentrate to be effective. I have quite a few flower beds that contain all different varieties of flowers and roses.

A

The Bayer Advanced All-in-one Rose & Flower Care is made to use as a soil drench, not as a foliage spray which is why the manufacturer does not recommend using the product in hose end sprayers. If you do choose to use the product in a hose end sprayer you must make sure you can properly calibrate the sprayer to only dispense the amount of product per gallon of water that is recommended for your use and you should only use the flowerbed dosing as you will also be spraying the plant leaves:

Flowerbeds
2 fl. oz. (4 TBSP) in 2 gallons of water treats 12 sq. ft.

April 14, 2013Jacquelyn from Las Vegas, Nv asked:

QIs All-In-One Rose and Flower Care harmful to helpful bugs like ladybugs?

ABayer Advanced All-In-One Rose and Flower Care really targets plant chewing and sucking insects. Lady bugs that land on the plant while the treatment is being applied may be effected but after the plant is dry the product should not have any effect on them because it works by ingestion and the ladybugs will not be ingesting the plant material where the product is active.
