you do need to do several treatments for full results (i was using it to treat drain flies). good product no overly unpleasant odor. the order was easy to place nad came quickly and very securly packaged. i recommend both, the product and do-my-own

Bio Mop

After having successfully survived battling a parasite infestation of our home for 3 years, we have found Bio Mop the most useful and effective in the clean up process. We will continue to use it to maintain the level of clean it has helped us achieve!

Good Stuff

I bought this with several other products to try and get rid of tiny black bugs that show up in my bathrooms. I have used it to clean the floors and I think it has helped. I recommend InVade Hot Spot Foam for cleaning the drains.
