    Q
How can I use for potted roses?
Bought for black spot on potted roses. I see it says on for use in pots. Any way I can dilute to use in pots?
    A
Bonide's Rose RX Systemic Drench product label specifically says " Do not use on plants grown in pots, flower boxes or other containers" so we can not give you directions on this type of usage as it is an off label usage. You can contact Bonide directly and they may be able to better help you in this situation. You can reach Bonide by calling 315-736-8231.

    Q
I used Bonide Rose RX Systemic Drench on my roses, do I need to spray them also?
Does using the Bonide drench replace the need for spraying my tea roses? Prior to using this for the first time last week, I was using Fertilome 3 in1 spray routinely every 7 to 10 days. Since I applied the drench, I was not certain if I should apply the 3 in 1 spray also. I would appreciate your advice.
    A
Since roses are so delicate and this is a new product for us we recommend you contact Bonide directly. You can reach Bonide by calling 315-736-8231.

    Q
What is the application ratio for single plants when using Bonide Rose RX Systemic Drench Concentrate?
Page 2 of the instruction booklet says "Note: the Flowerbed solution is diluted with more water than the Single Plant solution" but your ratio guidance on page 3 doesn't give any guidance on the ration for "Single Plants." Does anyone know what this ration would be?
    A

From page 4 of the product label for Bonide Rose RX Systemic Drench Concentrate: FLOWER BEDS: 2 fl oz (4 tbsp) per 2 gallons of water to treat 12 sq ft.  You are not just treating the plant itself but are also applying to the surrounding area of the plant so that it will be absorbed by the roots.  The best way to determine this would be to measure the square footage of the area you need to treat to determine the smaller amount needed and divide accordingly. IE if only 6 square feet is needed to treat you would use 1 fl oz in 1 gallon to treat this 6 sqft area.

    Q
Can Bonide Rose Systemic Drench be used in a thermal fogger?
    A
No, Bonide Rose RX Systemic Drench is meant to be applied as a soil drench only around rose bushes and other ornamentals so the root system will take up the product systemically.  It is not intended for use out of a fogger.
