I bought Safari 20SG to spray cotton wood tress for scales-directions confusing

Can you provide clearer instructions on how much Safari 20SG spray power to mix in a gallon of water to control scales on my cotton wood and apspen trees. The directions with the spray were very confusing for a spray tank sprayer. My Order NO.11615820 Thanks

For a foliar spray you can use 1.0 tsp per gallon of water to cover 200 sq ft.
