Brought in a stray cat and house is now infested with what i thought were sand fleas .

Have used every kind of spray available and also an exterminator. Insects are transparent but can be seen if floating in water. Microscopic. Seem to look black with a magnifying glass. Millions of them. They bite some and crawl on you and are in everything in the house. Now I'm not sure if it could be fleas or mites maybe? Too small to get for an identification. Don't know what to treat for. Any ideas? (Exterminator didn't work either)

Unfortunantly, until the pest is identified we are unsure which product will treat this pest. Please contact your Local Cooperative Extension Office for help identifying this pest and on how to obtain a sample.
