Can Bayer Advanced Fruit, Citrus, and Vegetable Insect Control be applied to Citrus trees that have lots of fruit on them?

Can I consume fruit of trees treated with Bayer Advanced Fruit, Citrus and Vegetable Insect Control? How soon after? Treating for Citrus Leafminer. Is it better to apply to the canopy or to the root system?

Bayer Advanced Fruit, Citrus, and Vegetable Insect Control may be safely used on labeled Citrus trees such as Calamondin, Citrus citron, Citrus hybrids (includes chironja, tangelo, and tangor), Grapefruit, Kumquat, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin (tangerine), Pummelo, Orange (sweet and sour), and Satsuma mandarin. Labeled Citrus that have been treated with Bayer Advanced Fruit, Citrus, and Vegetable Insect Control are safe to consume. Please read over the Product Label for complete use instructions.
