Can Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control be applied to citrus trees with fruit at night if temp to be in 70's

The following day weather will be in the 90's, sunny . I have a scale and ant infestation on my orange tree. can I also use fish emulsion fertilizer at the same time to treat the scale?

Bayer Advanced Natria Insect, Disease and Mite Control cannot be applied when temps reach over 90 degrees. Fish emulsion can be used at the same time. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
