BorActin Insecticide Powder is not for use outdoors as it would get washed away with the first rain or dew or blown away by the wind. It is used indoors in cracks and crevices where the harsh outdoor environment cannot affect it, but will stay in place to catch any insects that crawl through it. If you are looking for a dust you can use outdoors, you could try something like Diatomaceous Earth which comes in many forms by many different manufacturers.
