Can Cyzmic be used at .75 oz per Gallon to treat the outdoor perimeter of a home?

We found a Florida scorpion in our home after a long period of rain and after letting professional pest control service lapse for about 6-8 months. I mixed about 3/4 of an ounce of Cyzmic in a Gallon sprayer and treated the outside of the home 2' x 2'. This is because I understand that this is the correct mixture to prevent scorpions. Now I'm wondering if this was safe or overdoing things? Your advice is appreciated.
