Can Ferti-Lome For All Seasons Lawn Food Plus Crabgrass and Weed Pre-Emergent be removed to overseed?

Would like to over seed area treated recently with this product. Treated by mistake.

It is recommended that you wait at least 60 days after applying Fert-Lome For All Seasons Lawn Food Plus Crabgrass and Weed Preventer to overseed an area. You will likely not be able to remove the product from the area that was accidentally treated.
