neem is suppose to be very effective for eliminating sarcoptic mange on dogs........can this be used on pets

Fertilome Triple Action Plus II with 70% Neem Oil actually contains 3 different active ingredients(pyrethrins, PBO, neem oil) and is not formulated for use on animals. Many pet stores and vitamin stores sell the neem oil formula that you can use on animals.
