Can Martins Viper be applied inside our home while we are here?

I was told by the feed n seed store we purchased Viper from for fleas to apply to furniture, baseboards, carpet, curtains and bedding and it was safe. We have strayed twice. Still have fleas. We do have two cats, three teenagers. In a previous question I saw you shouldn't apply it to furniture, bedding or carpet.

Answer:

Martins Viper is not labeled to be applied to furniture or bedding and is not labeled for use on fleas inside. People and pets should be out of the area during treatment until dry. Products must be used as directed on the product label and the feed store has told you incorrectly. It is always recommended to read over product labels before using to ensure proper usage. Viper is only labled to be used outside for fleas. Any bedding that has been sprayed should be washed and dried; that is also all that is needed to treat them. We would recommend our Indoor Flea Kit to more effectively treat fleas inside with products that are labeled to do so.
