Fertilome Rose & Flower Food with Systemic Insecticide should be applied evenly to the soil on top and watered in. You will wear gloves while incorporating the water in the soil. For shrubs, you will 4 oz per foot of the plants height. Please refer to the product label prior to application for complete instructions.
