Matt from Va writes

Can or should this be used in combination with diatomaceous earth?

I am about to begin treating my room for bed bugs that just began to show up. I bought a mattress cover and some d-earth before finding your products. I'm planning on encasing my mattress and dusting the edges of the mattress and the bed frame with d-earth, and then following up with the Bedlam.

Answer:

You may use Bedlam Insecticide Spray and Diatomaceous Earth in conjunction with each other to treat for bed bugs. However, it would be counter productive to spray Bedlam Insecticide Spray on the same areas that have already been treated with Diatomaceous Earth. This is because Diatomaceous Earth must remain dry in order to be effective. We would recommend treating the mattress with Bedlam Insecticide Spray instead of the Diatomaceous Earth because the Diatomaceous Earth may go airborn and won't stay in place as well as the Bedlam Insecticide Spray. Diatomaceous Earth is best suited for areas that will be left undisturbed.
