Can I spray Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide Concentrate on it and still eat the fruit?

My pineapple orange tree seems to be dying at the tips of the limbs. it has fruit starting and found some fungus on tree trunk which I scrapped off with my fingernail.

We recommend that you have the disease identified locally by the cooperative extension office. This product is safe for edible vegetation as long as applied as directed.
