Can the Daconil Ultrex Turf Care Fungicide be used on a residential lawn?

I have a major red thread problem that many other products could not stop.

Daconil Ultrex Turf Care Fungicide label states this product cannot be applied to home lawns.  Eagle 20EW is labeled for red thread and is designed for residential use.
