The label states that if using in a for or misting system for mosquitoes, flies and gnats to dilute at the rate of 1 quart of Martins permethrin per 25 gallons of water. So for 55 gallons you would use roughly 70 ounces of solution. However it does not specifically state on the label the use of a 55 gallon drum misting system so you may still want to check with the manufacturer to make sure it is okay for this type of application.
