Answer:

You would not want to combine Premise and Timbor together to treat but you can use them in combination.  You can treat an active infestation with the Premise but drilling into the gallery and spraying or foaming there.  Then you can use the Timbor to protect from any future infestations or use just it to treat the active infestation.
