Can I use Baracare with MoldCare in the same room as the water heater with a pilot light?

I am treating the ceiling of the basement. There are 2 water heaters in the room - one for each tenant. It would be convenient if I did not have to disrupt their hot water. Are there flammable vapors with this product?

Answer:

BoraCare with Mold-Care is sprayed or painted directly onto the wood you are needing to treat and there are no flammable vapors that are emited while applying.  You would just not want to use or store near an open flame.  It is always best to fully read the product label for complete instructions.
