Can I use Monterey Agri-Fos for the rust on potted plumeria?

The potted plumerias are in big pots making it impossible to move and are closed to hibiscus on the ground that is why I cannot spray them.

Answer:

Monterey Agri-Fos Systemic Fungicide is not actually labeled to treat for rust. A better option would be the Bonide Neem Oil RTU or Concentrate.
