Ferti-Lome Fish Emulsion Fertilizer 5-1-1 is labeled to be used on plants only and would not be recommended on a lawn.  We recommend using a soil analysis test kit or taking a sample of your soil to your local cooperative extension so your soil can be analyzed to determine what nutrients your soil is lacking.  This will help you deteremine what you would need to get your lawn green. The healthiest, hardiest lawns are fertilized 2-4 times per year, fall, summer, early spring and late spring.  We have a guide here regarding lawn care schedules as well.
