Rodger from Decatur, Il writes

Can we do a perimeter treatment with Taurus SC if the ground is not yet frozen for termites? Is it better to wait til spring? Will a lot of damage be done over the winter if we wait or do the termites go dormant?

Answer:

As long as the ground is not frozen and it is not raining, you can apply Taurus SC up against your structure for a termite barrier in the soil and drilled in holes in the concrete. They are active year round but go further into the soil when there are cooler temperatures. For a successful termite treatment, please take a few moments to review our article and videos on How to Get Rid of Termites.
