Yes, Martins IGR can be mixed with Tempo SC Ultra for fleas outdoors. It is recommended that you do treatments every 14 days. Archer IGR is also a very good IGR that holds up longer in conditions outdoors. It is photostable, meaning that it does not break down easily in direct sunlight.
