Can you tell me about the active ingredient dinotefuran that is in Alpine WSG?

I am interested in Alpine WSG but your web site has little to no information on it?

Answer:

Dinotefuran, the active ingredient in Alpine WSG is a relatively new insecticide belonging to the class of insecticides known as neonicotinoids, which are among the most widely used insecticides in the world.  Dinotefuran products are labeled "Reduced-Risk" by the EPA, meaning they have very low toxicity and are generally safer around humans, pets and the environment. Dinotefuran is a central nervous system inhibitor.  Ingestion leads to death within a few hours.
