Can you use Monterey Spurge Power as a broad spray or must it be spot applied to plants?

Is late October a good time to apply? What pre emergent do you recommend?

Monterey Spurge Power can be applied as a broadcast as long as your turf is tolerant to it. October would be a good time to apply, as long as the weeds are actively growing and temps are above 55 degrees.
