The GOLD STICK Large - (MODEL - 962) measures 24 inches long and offers a full 96 square inches of catching surface. It's new and improved square end caps allow you to lay it on or stand it behind, beside or under food processing equipment or hang it either horizontally or vertically by means of it's end hooks. GOLD STICK- Large is designed primarily for professional "behind the scene" applications. The Gold Stick is safe to use in sensitive areas as it contains no toxins, insecticides, hazardous chemicals, vapors or offensive odors. Gold Sticks are clean, long lasting and effective in high and low temperatures, both indoors and out. Research has shown the combination of lures contained in the Gold Stick to be highly attractive to flies and other flying insects of up to a distance of 26 feet away.
Gold Sticks incorporates six special luring elements into its Fly Traps.

Great Product

Verified PurchaseFlies just gravitate to this gold stick once you apply the liquid fly attractant. The only down side is that the liquid dries after only a week and becomes less effective.

Better than the bags or spiral paper
By Mike on August 22, 2012The Gold sticks do a great job catching the flies that come around the back door of our restaurant. The attractant is strong enough to lure them away from the door and onto the glue but is not overpowering to my nose. It's a strong smell at first and don't get it on your hands or clothes. I can't smell it after the Gold Stick is in place for a few hours. The gold stick is way less unsightly than the sticky paper wraps and the mounting options are many.

Great product

Because you are not releasing a chemical such as an insecticide dust or a an insecticide liquid, there is no need to register the product and the product can be used in almost all situations. Using the Catchmaster 962 Gold Stick Fly Traps is just like using glueboards for rodent control.
