The Lawn and Garden Pump Sprayer features Chapin’s patented SureSpray Anti-Clog Filter, a funnel opening for easy filling and cleaning, a translucent bottle for ease in checking fluid level, a 34-inch hose and 12 inch wand with adjustable spray nozzle.

Instructions for Use:

1. Fill the sprayer tank half full with water.
2. Add the recommended amount of insecticide concentrate (make sure to read the product label for the insecticide you want to use).
3. Fill the sprayer tank the rest of the way full with water to make one gallon, close the lid firmly, and agitate the tank to make sure the insecticde/water solution is mixed well.
4. Pump the tank to pressurize it by using the pump handle and apply the insecticide using the wand.
5. The spray nozzle on the wand can be adjusted to allow for wide or narrow spray patterns.

By bk on July 2, 2010 This container got the job done...and I had my hand in it's use, plus my handyman's help in setting this up. However, my handyman questioned the longevity of this product. The manufacturing of this pump sprayer disappointed him. Running a comparison with this sprayer and one he had from home depot, which cost $5.00 more: he wanted the handle of this pump to not leak air after the first use. The seal around the opening and the threading hissed air. The black tubing from the container bent and pinched off easily, in his opinion: he wanted to see a more pliable tubing. It really does a great job of applying the home barrier. Also, it pumps out every drop w/o leaving a residue in the tank. I've sprayed both our home and our daughter's place. My husband didn't want me to purchase it with our last order and said he could find something else to use that would be cheaper. I ordered it anyway, he used it and realized it was perfect especially for the price. He had looked around and found nothing that compared to the value, durability; and the others couldn't guarantee sprayers durability with the use of chemicals. Nice little pump sprayer By Joe on August 29, 2010 Purchased this to apply Suspend SC in and around my house. It's been quite effective and it's hard to beat this price. Q  Can we use Chapin 1 gallon pump sprayer with the Drione Dust? A No. You must use a duster to apply the dust. We have a wide variety of dusters available for you to choose from. We have the Bellow Hand Duster,B&G Bulb Duster 1150,Centrobulb Duster,  Dustin Mizer, ,  B&G 2 Quart Duster 1152-A, B&G Mini Dust-R 1151M, B&G Electric Duster M2250, and the Dustick Duster (with 21-foot reach).

Does the Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer have a fan tip or fan tip adjustment and is it a satisfactory choice for applying Boracare at my house? A Yes the Chapin 1 gallon pump sprayer comes with an adjustable tip that adjusts from pin stream to fan spray and will work fine to apply Boracare. The Boracare product label does recommend that you mix the Boracare with very warm to hot water in a bucket and then add the dilution to the sprayer to avoid clogging.

Q  Can you just buy the nozzle tip for the Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer (#20000)? A Yes, we offer the Chapin Poly Adjustable Cone Nozzle (#6-6003) as the replacement nozlle for the Chapin 1 gallon SureSpray 20000

Q  Can you use Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer (#20000) with the Demon WP? A Yes. Demon WP can be used in the Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer (#20000). We recommend filling the sprayer with 1/2 gallon of warm water, add the Demon WP and let it sit in the water for about 5 minutes. Stir/agitate the mixture, then add the remaining water and agitate mixture again. It is important to remember that Demon WP will not truly dissolve into the water so the mixture will need to be agitated frequently to avoid clogging your sprayer.
