This is the best product I've used to get rid of pesky ants in the house. I use Demon WP Insecticide, which is a great general purpose insect spray, but that didn't seem to work with the ants. After a few days of using the gel and granules from the Complete Ant Kit, all the ants were gone and have not been back.

Crazy ants were too small to carry the Advance granules. The gel in Optgard was perfect. The surrounded it like a cattle trough and took it back to the queen. Advance works well outside the house.

We purchased the complete ant kit about two weeks ago and the problem seems to be gone. The townhome that was infested is about 1000 Sq. Ft. We set out five traps and the Pharo ants took to the crystals right away and kept eating for about a week. We have enough bait left to treat them again, should they return. A big savings over the professionals that quoted $199 per treatment, probably the same product.

I tried everything and the ants kept coming back.... worse than ever with Home Defense. The ants spread far and wide with that stuff. I called around and the professional pest control said they would do the ant treatment for $175-$300. I did it myself for _$50. I have plenty of additional bait if I ever need it again. I am A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I tried sprays and another ant traps before I purchased the Complete Ant Kit and was I happy with the results. Those little buggers came to feast on the poison and I haven't seen another yet. When and if they do come back, I'm prepared. PS I will be telling my friends.

This took care of our little ant problem very quickly. I had used other baits in the past but none as effective as the complete ant kit. With in a couple of hours placing the baits in a hi traffic ant area, they were swarmed with the little buggers. then 2 days later no more ants! YAY! Thank you guys! Great kit.

I've only used the Advance bait, and it got the job done fast. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars, is that I wish there was more of the Advance bait in the kit. I haven't used the gel bait yet, but I will be putting it out this weekend. A little pricey, but it did the job and did it fast. I wonder how long the treatment will be effective. I recommend the kit, I love watching the ants carry off the bait.

This product was miraculous!!! I followed the instructions, putting a bit here and there, where I had a problem with ants. In a very short time, those tiny ants were all over it, and you could tell they were chowing down! THE NEXT DAY - no more ants anywhere! I kept the product handy, and used it several weeks later in a different area of the house - same results! Less than 24 hours - NO MORE ANTS! Highly recommend this product!

We live on north LA County, ants are very previlant this time of year, a little sprinkle of this stuff around the perimeter of the house took care of the ants, I haven't seen one this spring season.

Ants WERE a nuisance until I used the Complete Ant Kit. I had pavement ants in my kitchen, on the decks around my pool and fish pond and on my front porch. I used both the jell and the bait stations provided with the Complete Ant Kit. Within minutes, the jell and the bait stations turned black with the ants taking the bait. The next day, I checked the same spots, all the bait was gone and so were the ants. they have been gone now for nearly 2 weeks and i still have plenty of bait left. This is the third time i have used this product and i am very pleased with the results. I use it when they first appear in the spring and it keeps them away during the entire summer. If they do return, I simply put out more bait and they disappear again.

My son works in pest control & recommended I order this kit. He basically said that one or the other (granules or gel) usually works. I tried the granules but they weren't interested. They loved the gel however. There was literally a highway with thousands of ants on my deck at night. I treated 2 nights in a row and within a few days there was no trace. I found their primary den and put the gel on rocks there as well as in the traps.

It worked well. Finding some nests are easy. Others are more difficult to locate. Once you use the gel bait - it really kills the nest. I have three nests gone and waiting to find the others. I would buy this product again.

After trying many other products, as a last resort, before calling an exterminator, I tried the "complete ant kit" and within days the ants were gone! For the first time in years my home is ant free. The products came with complete instructions and were easy to use. I am very satisfied and saved considerable money.

I used this to combat little black argentine ants around my yard, that were trying to work there way into my home. within an hour of placing the baits outdoors, they were crawling with ants. I thought the optigard would be their preferred bait, but to my surprise it was the advance protein granules were making the ants go crazy!. the optigard worked for a while, but dried out in about a day and the ants seemed to ignore it once it dried. After about a week the hive was dead. NOTE: I did find that slugs were drawn to the optigard when the bait stations were placed outside. perhaps it can also work to control slugs.

Bought this for my daughter who had a bad ant infestation. So far it appears to be working well. The ant trails diminish daily and continually finding more dead ones than live ones.

I tried some ant products from my local stores...nothing worked! I should of came to domyownpestcontrol first. I am very satisfied with both products, but I wish the kit came with a larger bottle of Advance. I saw more results with the advance alone. I have seen a big knock down in the ant population in my yard...I think one more application should get rid of them for good. Thanks DMOPC!

After I killed the ant beds in my yard,they decided to into the walls of my house.I tried everything you can by at Lowes,Home depot,etc.They do not work.I bought this kit,and I only put out 5 traps with granules and the gel.Then I put the gel where I knew they where traveling in and out of.This stuff does work,I have only seen one ant since I have put it out.It has been over 5 weeks,ANT free.My father told me you get what you pay for.This is the best.I still have enough left for the next invasion of ants.
