Dekko packs are an economic and easy way to control silverfish. Silverfish simply eat through the pack and ingest the poision inside. Place two to three packs in each infested area you are trying to control. Silverfish may take several days to a few weeks to control, depending on conditions. One box contains 24 paks.

Dekko silverfish bait paks are an economic and easy way to control silverfish. Silverfish simply eat through the pack and ingest the poision inside. Place two to three packs in each infested area you are trying to control. Silverfish may take several days to a few weeks to control, depending on conditions. Pack of 24.
Place in closets, drawers, bookcases, basements, garages and other dark hidden places. Each pack lasts up to 4 months.
* Silverfish eat paper and glue with great gusto! Dekko Silverfish Paks attacks them by infusing the boric acid, paper pack and glue with an attractant that is irresistible to the critters and kills them quickly once consumed. Unlike powders, Dekko Silverfish Paks are clean, won’t leave residue on your hands, or in locations where they are placed. In the case of severe infestation, complete control may take from 3 days to 4 weeks depending upon conditions.
* Don’t open or crush individual packages. Silverfish show up most often in dark, dry areas. Place 2 or 3 packs in each infested area or location where silverfish might show up. In addition to drawers, closets, bookcases, basements and garages, use these packs in the attic and under the house. They will solve your silverfish problems quickly. If you don’t have the critters – and most folks do but don’t know it until the numbers get really large – Dekko Silverfish Paks will insure you don’t get the problem. An ounce or 2 of prevention is worth many pounds of aggravation. |

I found that the silverfish were breeding in the paks. The package says good for 3 months since date of packaging. Since there is no way to know when the package was made, it seems possible the ones I got had already deteriorated on the shelf.
In any event, this is not the way to get rid of an infestation.
Store comment: These paks do not have an expiration date and do not deteriorate. Label says to replace every 3 - 4 months from date of purchase which means that is about how long they will last out of the box and in use.

This was my second order for the "Silver-Fish" packets. I remember many years ago having them and came upon an old packet (very old) and found the name of the company on it and the rest is history. I didn't get enough the first time so I got a bigger package this time. They really work. Thanks for the fast delivery.
