How The Two Complementary Modes of Systemic Activity Work:
- Disarm M Fungicide works by interfering with respiration and cell wall synthesis in plant-pathogenic fungi, and is a potent inhibitor of spore germination and mycelial growth.
- Both of the active ingredients, Fluoxastrobin and Myclobutanil, move rapidly into plant tissue via translaminar movement and are rainfast in as little as fifteen minutes after application. The plant's roots also take up the active ingredients allowing it to be translocated throughout the plant's xylem to provide internal inhibition of fungal growth and protect the plant from new infections.
Restrictions and Other Information:
Do not apply more than 11.7 pts. (2.18 lbs a.i. Fluoxastrobin and 3.53 lbs Myclobutanil) of Fluoxastrobin - Myclobutanil SC per acre per year, or more than 1.0 fl. oz/1,000 sq ft per application.
Note: Not for homeowner use. May only be applied to residential turf by a certified pest control operator. For soil-borne diseases, use sufficient water to move the active ingredient into the crown and upper root zone.
