No it is not necessary for you to add a surfactant to the Outdoor Flea and Tick Kit. To mix the Temprid SC, shake the container well before diluting. You will use 8-16 mL of Temprid SC, and 1 oz. of Archer concentrate per gallon of water or per 1,000 square feet of area.
