Do we install the Xcluder Commercial Door Sweep inside the door or outside the door? Will it block out dirt and dust as well?

Answer:

The Xcluder Commercial Door Sweep should be used on the same side that the hinges are on because it screws in. It should also block out dust and dirt under doors.
