Does MotherEarth Granular Scatter Bait help with Mosquitoes?

Does this help with Mosquitoes as well? Also I have children. Is this safe to be used outside?

MotherEarth Granular Scatter Bait is not labeled to control mosquitoes.  Talstar P is our most popular product for mosquito control.  It is safe for people and pets if used as directed.  Everyone other than the person applying the product should stay out of the area while the product is being applied, but once everything is thoroughly dry, it is safe for everyone to return.  You may also want to check out our article on mosquito control if you have a moment.  You can find it on our website here.
