Doesn't spraying Petcor Flea Spray on a cat cause problems since cats are constantly cleaning themselves?

Answer:

No.  Petcor Flea Spray is only a contact kill and does not leave a residual for any long period of time.  Also, this product uses pyrethrin to kill the fleas, which is a natural plant extract from the chrysanthemum plant.  It is not any more harmful than the flowers and bugs most cats eat in the backyard already.
