I don't know what type of rodent problem I have?

I Have had a rodent problem since last year. It went away and just came back this week. I tried all the mouse traps and decon in the World but it did not kill it. Can you please identify what rodent I'm dealing with and the killer I need? Here is a picture of it's poo: http://imgur.com/TNGQgOv (I know how lovely)
