This will depend on how you are using it. If you are diluting it to be used as a general insect barrier spray around your foundation, then each gallon you mix up at the .8 ounce rate will cover roughly 1000 sq/ft. So you are looking at a total of 20,000 sq/ft for the whole bottle. If you are doing a termite trench treatment, each 20 ounce bottle will cover 60 lineal feet.
