Eraser Weed Killer
By Betty on June 22, 2011Eraser is the best weed killer we have ever used. We have used many types and brands of weed killer over the years but most were expensive and a waste of money, time, and energy as they were ineffective. Vegetation sprayed with Eraser takes about a week to wither and die. Certain plants, depending on type, size, and age, may require a second application, but this stuff works. It even kills poison oak that is climbing up a tree trunk without killing the tree. Just don't get it on the leaves of the tree. Do not use if the wind is blowing because if mist drifts onto something you do not wish to kill, it will die. Eraser is easy to mix and use. It kills vegetation that it is sprayed on but does not "kill" the soil. Desired plants can be grown there later. It is my understanding that Eraser does NOT leach into ground water – that degradation of this product is primarily a biological process carried out by soil microbes. If you have annoying, hard to control weeds or bushes, my family recommends this product as THE BEST. DoMyOwnPestControl company is great to do business with. I ordered the 2.5 gallon size of Eraser and was surprised at how quickly it arrived.

Great product, works fast and effective. It takes about a week to work but it eliminates all weeds. Be careful around grass and flowers, because it will kill them as well.

Eraser Herbicide
By John on September 8, 2011This is a very effective and easy to use product. We use it to control noxious weeds around our farm. Tansy is a big problem in this area but we now have it nearly eradicated here on our place. The price is way less than local and no shipping charges makes this a great econimical product to use.

Eraser requires a little patience...
By Manny on September 29, 2011I was tired of paying the ridiculous prices for weed killer. Tried a 3oz/gallon mix of Eraser, but didn't see results the first couple of days. I continued to wait as the above reviewer had said it can take a week. Sure enough, after the 5th or 6th day, the weeds died. 2.5 gallons is going to last me a loooong time! :)

Eraser Really Works!
By Jack on May 22, 2013My recient purchase of one gallon of eraser was great. Price was lowest I had found and shipping was quick. I have used this in the past and then I couldn't get it locally any more, very glad it was available here. We live in a country farm setting where winds blow all types of weed seeds in our area. For us this is the best weed killer available today without having to have a license to purchase it. It works very well when applied at 75 degrees and above with no chance of rain for a day or so. The weeds will die in about 7 to 10 days and they are completely dead with no return! Spray only what you want to kill because it is not selective. I've tried many others but this works the best by far. Weed Free In Washington!

It works!!

Mixed 4 ozs in a 2-gallon sprayer and it killed everything I sprayed. About half the price of roundup and I couldn't tell any difference. I have sprayed rather than weed eating the last few years and it is a lot easier.

Fierce English Ivy Fighter
By Lori on April 23, 2013Someone many years ago thought planting English Ivy was a great Idea... I have been fighting pulling raking spraying ever since...last year it was as bad as it ever had been and growing up the trees! I purchased Eraser last year and mixed it according to directions for woody vines. Went out there and sprayed and low and behold it did the trick! I went out yesterday to get any ivy that I had missed and there was very little to spray! I just might have this pest of a vine licked!!! Thank you ..Do My Own Pest Control! I have enough to last for several years!

Pretty Good stuf
By M on March 25, 2013This stuff works; however it a little hard to mix. Put 75% of water in the tank first and then add your ERASER and finish filling the tank. Otherwise you have a big foaming problem and it will take a long time to get the the tank full because of foam running over the top....

March 29, 2011Carlos asked:
QOnce I use Eraser to kill weeds and grass, how long do I wait to replace with sod?
Once I use Eraser to kills grass and weeds on a lawn area I plan to re-sod, how long should I wait before I lay new sod down so that it is not affected by the Eraser spray I used on that area?
AThe active ingredient in Eraser is Glyphosate which is only active while it is wet. Just to be safe, we do recommend waiting 2 weeks before replanting or re-sodding treated areas.
June 18, 2011Shirley asked:
QWill Eraser kill poison ivy, poison oak and sumac?
AYes, Eraser is labeled for all of those plants as well as many others. It is a non-selective so it will basically kill anything that you apply it on.
May 18, 2011Matthew asked:
QHow much will one quart of Eraser 41% Weed Killer Herbicide make?
AOne quart of Eraser 41% Weed Killer Herbicide can make between 2.4 gallons - 42 gallons of finished solution depending on the weed you treating. To find the exact usage rate you will require please refer to the Eraser 41% Weed Killer Herbicide product label which we have linked in this answer but is always available on the Eraser 41% Weed Killer Herbicide product page on our website.
October 16, 2012Chris from Tx asked:
QWhat is the shelf life of Eraser?
I have some from a previous project and want to know it is still good. I need to know if I can just by a small amount or if I need all new chemical.
AYou should use the Eraser within 3 years of the date of purchase for best results. We carry Eraser in a quart size bottle if you need to purchase a small amount.
April 9, 2012Aaron from Az asked:
QIs Eraser 41% Weed Killer Herbicide also a pre-emergent?
AEraser 41% Weed Killer Herbicide is not a pre-emergent. Eraser is a non-selective herbicide only. We do carry a full line of pre-emergent herbicides which you can see by following this link: Pre-Emergent Herbicides
June 6, 2012Deb from Cosmopolis Wa asked:
Qcan eraser be used on weeds in a vegatable garden before it is planted? if so how long do you wait to plant
AYou can use Eraser in areas where you plan to plant a garden. You should wait 2 weeks before planting the garden after treating the area with Eraser.
August 25, 2012Michael from Tucson Az asked:
Qwill eraser kill all types of grass? And once I spray do I have to immediately go over with water?
AEraser will kill most types of plants. You should not water in the application or it will negatively effect the application. Be sure to read the Eraser product label for best results.
September 2, 2011Eugene from Columbus, Ohio asked:
QWhat mixture of Eraser solution do I need to eradicate Multiflora Rose?
I want to spot spray multiflora Rose using Eraser. What mixture should I use?
AThe Eraser product label says that you should use a 1% solution to kill multiflora rose, which is mixed by using one and one third ounces of Eraser per gallon of water.
February 26, 2013Woody from Corinth, Ms asked:
QCan I use Eraser and my grass to kill the weeds in late winter and early spring while the grass is dormant?
AIf the grass is completely 100% for sure dormant you should be able to treat any actively growing weeds with Eraser with a broadcast spray. Weeds that are cold or water stressed can be very hard to kill with any product because they are not absorbing the water used to carry the product. If you are not positive that your grass is still 100% dormant we advise that you spot treat the weeds only with Eraser.
March 20, 2013K2ee from New Jersey asked:
QIs there a temperature range in which to use Eraser 41%??
I have had weeds growing in my mulch beds all winter even though it's been a normal (with plenty of freezing) winter. What temperature do I need to have at a minimum to apply this product?
ATemperatures generally have to be above 60 degrees for glyphosate products like Eraser to work.
