    Q
Will a surfactant improve the efficacy of Fore Rainshield 80 WP Specialty Fungicide?
    A

The addition of a surfactant to sprays containing Fore 80WP Rainshield will improve initial spray deposits, fungicide redistribution and weatherability. Place Fore 80WP Rainshield into suspension prior to adding an adjuvant to the spray mixture.  It appears an oil based surfactant would be recommended.  Duo Stick is a good option.

    Q
Can Fore Rainshield 80 WP Specialty Fungicide be safely used on grapes?
    A

Fore Rainshield 80 WP Specialty Fungicide is not labeled to be used on anything edible including grapes.  Mancozeb Floweable with Zinc Concentrate would be a better option and contains the same active ingredient and lists grapes on the product label.

    Q
Can turf recover if too much Fore Rainshield 80 WP Specialty Fungicide were applied to a golf green and the grass turned brown?
Tiff eagle green, has black layer algae and fungus.
    A

It is always possible that applying too much of a product such as Fore Rainshield 80 WP can cause unwanted stress or damage on turfgrass. If you can tell us more about exactly how much product was used, the target disease, and the other conditions of the turf, then we may be able to assist you better. Keep in mind, also, that fungicides are not going to correct damage that is already present until you have new growth, so if there was already a lot of damage in some areas, then that grass will not immediately recover.
