Gentrol IGR Concentrate:
* Contains the insect growth regulator (IGR) hydroprene, which disrupts pests’ normal growth pattern.
* The only IGR labeled for use as a spot and crack-and-crevice treatment in all areas of food handling establishments.
* May be applied as a general fogging agent or general surface spray.
* Long-term control – 120 days.
* Breaks the endless clean-out/reinfestation cycle.
* Also targets cockroaches.

Gentrol IGR Concentrate travels deep into wall cavities, cracks and crevices, reaching the stored product pests, drain and fruit flies and fleas, that other treatments miss. Hydroprene, the active ingredient, prevents pest larvae from progressing to the pupal stage of development, so the larvae die before they become breeding adults – and future infestations.

Stored product pests encounter hydroprene the same way they encounter insecticides – traveling on or rubbing against a treated surface. Gentrol IGR Concentrate spreads out from its point of application, creating a much larger treated surface than conventional insecticides.

Whether it’s used as a fogging agent or general surface spray, the long-term control of Gentrol IGR Concentrate is ideal for these sites:

Warehouses
Food Handling Establishments
Schools
Hospitals
Nursing Homes
Aircraft, Ships, Trains, Trucks

Gentrol IGR Concetrate for BedBug Control:

Directions for Use:

GENTROL, an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR), is a synthetic juvenile hormone "look-alike" which disrupts the normal growth development of bedbugs and roaches. Bedbugs and roaches exposed to the GENTROL IGR Concentrate will become adults incapable of reproducing, thus ending the cycle of an infestation. Use GENTROL IGR Concentrate in apartment buildings, hospitals, hotels/motels, residential homes, nursing homes, and marine vessels.

Mix GENTROL IGR Concentrate with water and apply with spray or hand application equipment, such as handpressurized or power-operated sprayers capable of delivering spot or crack and crevice spray applications.

Dilution Preparation:
For spot and crack and crevice preparations:
Use 1 ounce of GENTROL IGR Concentrate to 1 gallon of water. Partially fill the mixing container with water, add the GENTROL IGR Concentrate, shake or stir, and fill to final volume. Use diluted solution within 48 hours of mixing. Shake or stir before each use.

Spot and Crack and Crevice Applications:

Apply GENTROL IGR Concentrate diluted spray solution using either a pressurized spray system capable of delivering a pinpoint or variable spray pattern or a device capable of coating evenly. Make crack and crevice applications directly to areas such as crevices, baseboards, floors, ceilings, or walls. Make spot treatments to areas such as storage areas, closets, doors, and behind and under furniture and beds. To treat bedbugs, apply to harborage points mentioned above; in addition, under beds, bottom side of box springs (do not treat linens and mattresses), under and behind night stands, to points where carpet and wall meet, cracks in cove base, molding, and other areas where bedbugs harborage.

4 of 5 Stars  This product works! Thank Goodness!
By Eve on May 16, 2010
My sons roomate picked up an old sofabed for his room. It had bedbugs! My sons house became infected before anyone knew what happened. No one in our family had ANY experience with these horrible creatures! He ordered from your company and was pleased. Then, the little buggers found their way into MY house, probably because while he was treating his house, we kept our grandaughter with us, of course bringing along some clothes and toys! They really got after my husband because he has a very warm body. We ordered your product and are very pleased! We havent seen any bugs in 3 weeks, I have one more spraying to do. You should spray at least 3 times, 10 days apart. The oder was affordable, the directions good, and best of all, IT WORKS!

5 of 5 Stars  The Best.
By Chris on July 4, 2010
I used this stuff to get rid of bedbugs -- it's the only thing that really worked because it's a genetic disruptor and breaks their life cycle. It had the added bonus of breaking the life cycle of every other insect also -- so I haven't seen a roach or a fly in ever since I used it. What an awesome product.
