My German Roaches are gone!

I had a really bad German roach problem that my apartment owner's pest control person couldn't/wouldn't treat correctly. I applied this product the way domyownpestcontrol's YouTube video suggested just before going on vacation along with max force gel bait. When I came back there were dead roaches everywhere. I saw one or two more later on, but I've been bug free since! Thank you DoMyOwnPestControl!

Goodbye Baby Roaches!

Product worked almost immediately. I'd been struggling for several months with an infestation that started with the food delivery from my wholesale warehouse. They found my restaurant to be the perfect place to breed. Within days, we stopped seeing babies, none for over a month now. Poof! this product along with bait really works!

All gone

I put baits and boric acid in the recommended areas. I used Invict gold. I put these these Gentrol up all over my place and the roaches have disappeared. Highly recommended. We were seeing large and small roaches in the daytime at night. They are now eliminated!!!! Amazing product. They were German roaches and I hear those are the worst. I'm very happy

These "birth control" emitters are the last step in an effective baiting system. I trust the advice of the professionals. This is one of those things that it's difficult to know about since it's the "absence" of bugs that you want, and since the bait you used earlier was supposed to do that. But - do it. Trust the professionals and add this one step.

BEST EVER

I have pets and wanted to get rid of pests safely. I have been using this product for years and I can say unequivocally that Gentrol Point Source for roaches is the best pest eliminator ever. I don't usually have roaches but during the summer the critters will come in when my windows are open. Once I did have a mild infestation and Gentrol got rid of them all. No sprays, no poisons, no tubes of whatever! This product will rid your place of unwanted roaches AND save you money at the same time. It's the only product I will ever use.

this product is great😃 . I had a leak and my cabinet had water damage I couldn't control the roaches with other products on the market. Gentrol is discreet and no harm to my pet or my family members. The first day I put them around the next morning I saw dead roaches on the floor after about a month I have seen any 😃 ! I have recommended it to anyone who has a roach situation !

Finally something that works

We have been fighting Indian wheat moths for months. We have two tropical birds and the moths seem to come in with the seeds. We used the traps and they collect moths but the numbers kept growing. We put the Gentrol Point Source out in three rooms and in two days the moths were gone. The birds seem unaffected by the formula in the air, I gave three stars because we don't know how long they'll last. One order ought to last us a year though! Pet bird owners if you're struggling with this and can't spray or bomb, here's your solution.

German roaches have an unbelievable weapon: their ability to reproduce faster than you can kill them. Gentrol Point Source effectively eliminates their reproductive ability and works for well over 60 days. I'll place these 6 to 8 feet apart in heavily infested areas for fast control. Please note: I have found hydroprene (Gentrol) products to be superior to nylar for control of German roaches. I've used BOTTLES of nylar products, and it didn't give me the results as a few stations of Gentrol Point Source did. I'm not hating on nylar: I use it for fleas with great results. On German roaches though, hydroprene is king!

To be fair I can only give this product 4 stars because I got the magnum bait gel poison with it and I haven't seen any roaches at all after the first two weeks. This product probably works as claimed because it is sound science, and easy to use. It has no smell or staining issues. It says it prevents roaches from being able to breed, so I got it, but I think they ate the poison bait and died anyway.

This Product Really Works!

The Gentrol Point Source delivers very good results at a very reasonable price. Prior to finding this product, I wasted lots of money on products that just did not work and it was extremely frustrating for me and my husband to deal with those ugly roaches. I have been very pleased with this product. This is our second order and I plan to order in the future. It's definitely money well spent!

Gentrol Point Source worked better than any type of pest control we've tried! We've battled cockroaches in our new home for years. In about a month or so, and including a sterilization tool purchased here, we rarely even see a stray and when we do, it doesn't look very well. The best product we've found!

My mom lives in an old apartment in NY and she had a very bad roach problem. I put Gentrol in every room, also in cabinets and under the sink. I did not put poison baits because I try my best to be humane. Also made sure not to leave any garbage or dirty dishes out. It took about half a year but no more roaches. They are gone, I have not seen any and it was done in a humane way.

I was so excited to use this product because I read so many great reviews about gentrol and how it'll help reduce the amount or roaches and help regulate birth of new roaches. After almost a month of using it, I don't see any changes / deformities in any roaches. Along side with this product, I have been using Advion which is working great alone. However, it doesn't work alone because the growth/birth of roaches is quite fast. After doing multiple research, I've decided to purchase Gentrol. I know it takes time but its been a month. and I haven't seen any results from this product. After popping the capsule to release the Gentrol, I don't even know if theres anything coming out of the capsule. I wish I can return it, but since it's used and I do want to keep it for a few months (as they said I need to change it out after 2-3 months), there's no way to return it. I want to give the other Gentrol products a try but will it work??? Wish I can either get a refund to get a another product.

Gave it 3 months didn't like..

We acquired roaches from a used computer we purchased. We didn't notice they were in the house at first but sure enough the house was taken over in about 3 months. We researched what exterminators use and found this site and this product is to make them unable to reproduce. So we cleaned the house (deep clean!), moved all big furniture away from walls, packed all toys, clothes, dishes and stowed them outside. We first used boric acid on all cracks and appliances, then bombed the house twice. We came back and cleaned up and put out the GPS to keep control. I forgot to mention we sprayed outside and caulked all cracks. So anyway, we were surprised to see majority roaches were gone. I mean no where near what we had. So we kept the house clean and had out these control devices and sprayed whenever we saw a stray. Little by little we would see babies. It was always babies never big ones. And then those got big and more came now it's like nothing changed. I'm disappointed, I really hoped it would make them infertile. Now to call in exterminators.

No more roaches

I bought this product because of an infested second-hand microwave that led to a roach problem at my place. Even if you kill the adults, they would still hatch from the eggs. I was still seeing baby roaches with baiting. Failing to locate the eggs, I placed Gentrol Point Source where I guessed they were coming from. Two weeks later, I'm not seeing a roach, adult or baby. It really works! The product was easy to place, I only wish it was easy to tell whether I have broken the capsule correctly.

Eliminated Roaches

I bought this a while back when I bought a trailer infested with roaches, this in combination with invict gold, boric acid, and spraying around the perimeter completely eliminated a roach infestations. After about a month they were gone and it was such a relief.

Have been using Gentrol products in my beach condo for a little over a yr and have not seen any activity of those pesky pests. I replace point source disks every 3 months as recommended in combination with bait. It's all good.
