Fine product, fine service

Bought this to knock down bermuda in a tall fescue lawn. Very quick acting, very pleased. On another note, shipment arrived having leaked out of bottle, through packaging, and the USPS had contained it in a plastic bag. I lost about 1/3 of the product. When I notofied DMOPC about it, they had another in shipment that same day, gratis. Very fine service, much appreciated.

Great product

Tried a couple of other products that did not work. Although this takes a few days to actually see it working, you can see the bermuda drying up and dying without hurting my zoysia grass. Great product. Applied as directed with gallon sprayer.

Kill Bermuda

I had some chickweed that had spread into an area where I wanted grass to spread. The grass could not crowd out the weeds. I used Ornamec in a 2 gallon sprayer with the surfactant that comes with it and a blue spray indicator. Withing a week the weeds were belly up and the grass can spread.

Pricey but Works

For years have been lifting up our ornamentals with a pitchfork, pulling out the unwanted grass and resettling the plants--hard on the back and time-consuming. This year we tried Ornamec OTT and happily the grass died but not the ornamentals. What remains is simply to rake out the dead grass. Patience is required since this process takes about ten days to two weeks. We are very pleased with this product.

Shipping

This product was shipped USPS and I received delivery confirmation that the product had delivered. However, it had not delivered. I contacted DoMyOwn and Stephanie responded promptly. She shipped another package and two days later my original package delivered in our community boxes. Stephanie was able to stop the second package and I only had to pay for the original order. The customer service is great at DoMyOwn! As for the product, Gordons Ornamec Over-the-top, the jury is still out since it is a slow acting product on bermuda grass.

The first spot application is showing progress. The growth and spread has diminished and repeat applications will be done over time. Normally right after a lawn cutting the bermutagrass double the first and tallest blades. Now, not so. After a couple of years I am encouraged that the problem will be minimized to the point where it is not noticeable. Follow the directions.
