effective for wasps when used vertically

I had difficulty using it at an angle or horizontally with the duster. It would help if the device had a universal pivot. Then the user could adjust it so that the bottom of the duster is level with the ground when it is used at an angle. It was a strenuous job to get the dust out of the duster when it was used sideways. But it did eliminate the wasps with the Tempo Dust.
