I have a 55 gallon spray rig and am trying to figure out how much TVC is need if I want to mix up a full tank.

Spot application. With the current nozzel and set up, I just covered ~4500-5000sq ft with 35 gallons of other product.

Answer:

You would use roughly just under 1 ounce of the TVC per 1000 sq/ft in no less than 2 gallons of water.  So you would need about 5 ounces in at least 10 gallons of water to cover your square footage for spot treatment.
