I have a house made of Douglas Fir. I treated it 9 years ago with Timbor. When do I retreat the house?

Answer:

If you have sealed the outside of the house, then Timbor can stay in the wood a very long time; sometimes 20 years or more.  If the house has not been sealed or protected lately, then it would probably be time to treat again.  The treatment will last longer after you apply it if it is sealed and protected.
