I have a small fish pond in my yard, is Certainty safe to use if I cover it with a tarp?

I assume Certainty is not safe for fish, and could I remove the tarp once the application is completed? Do I need to worry about run off into the pond when it rains?

Answer:

That would be good to cover the pond with a tarp during application of Certainty to avoid any over spray into it and remove once the area is dry.  Also be sure to not apply to areas where any runoff would wash into the pond within 2 hours of application and it will be fine.
